SYNOPSIS AAG LynxOS and Luminosity Software Solicitation #: N68335-22-Q-0138 This synopsis is to inform industry that Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation to procure development licenses for proprietary LynxOS and Luminosity software. The software will be used with Advanced Arresting Gear’s (AAG) Dynamic Control System (DCS) to perform updates, troubleshooting, development and/or testing on the shipboard software in the Lakehurst lab to be loaded on active systems installed on aircraft carriers. Software procurement will include the following: ALUML-X864150: LUMINOSITY 1.5.0 FOR LOS 4.2, LOS-178 2.2, & BC 5.4 FOR X86 LINUX HOST ALUMW-X864150: LUMINOSITY 1.5.0 FOR LOS 4.2, LOS-178 2.2, & BC 5.4 FOR X86 WINDOWS HOST AODEL-IA14420: LYNXOS 4.2.0 FOR STD. X86 LINUX HOST AODEW-IA14420: LYNXOS 4.2.0 FOR STD. X86: WINDOWS HOST C-BOT-LOS: LynxOS Professional Services Block of Time The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis to Lynx Software Technologies, LLC (CAGE: 0REN3) under the authority of 10USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation, when issued, will be for a firm-fixed price contract. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which may be used by the government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors. The government will only accept electronic quotations.
