The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with MAGSYS Magnet Systems, LLC (MAGSYS) (CAGE 3GJU0) for the procurement of periodic technical maintenance services of the PMG Charging System Assemblies (MAGSYS Part Number MC2ksd, Nomenclature MX12350/F, Navy Part Number 802025346202-1). MAGSYS is the only source that can meet the Government's requirement because the complete data package for these PMG Charging System Assemblies is proprietary to MAGSYS.
