The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to CI systems, Inc. in Carrollton, TX on a sole source basis for the procurement of one (1) Termocentric Calibration System; Model Number CK-800R; P/N A4511008010. The Government intends to procure the above effort under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to aubmit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
