Pre Sol: Kneeling Actuators Part Number 06700-25001-041 PSC: 1680 NAICS: 333995 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to issue a sole source contract for the procurement of two (2) each of Part Number 06700-25001-041 ACTUATOR, KNEELING, MAIN LANDING GEAR to support the CH-53K program. The anticipated award will be made to Triumph Group, located in Redmond WA (CAGE 33UN4) Triumph Group holds the proprietary rights to the drawings, specifications and data necessary to provide the required support equipment for the testing and installation of 06700-25001-041 ACTUATOR, KNEELING, MAIN LANDING GEAR. NAVAIR intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
