The Naval Air Warfare Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source basis three-year Basic Ordering Agreement contract with OffShore Aviation Group. This action will procure Commercial-Off-The-Shelf fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft, spare components, subcomponents, assemblies, and flight services to be used for Unmanned Aircraft System testing in support of UX-24. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
