The BDF H-1 Program is requesting a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for quantity one (1) Small Corrosion Control Cart with Part Number 051497-100, NSN 4920-01-536-1924. The government intends to procure sole source with Hydraulics International Inc. Hydraulics International Inc (CAGE 56529) is the only piece of SE to meet the above-mentioned maintenance requirements of the Bahrain Defense Force H-1 Program. No other products have been identified that meet the same form, fit and function. HII has not authorized any other businesses the right to manufacture and distribute these products. Additionally, HII's delivery time frame meets the BDF H-1 Program's schedule in order to support Initial Operational Capability (IOC). The U.S. Government does not possess the technical data package required for the Cart to allow for full and open competition.
