SYNOPSIS FOR EA-18G PECULIAR SUPPORT EQUIPMENT Micro Ohmmeter, P/N R1L-E2A The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue an award on a Sole Source basis with Tegam, Inc. (Cage 49374) for the procurement and delivery of the Micro Ohmmeter, P/N: R1L-E2A. The Micro Ohmmeter is used to measure and verify electrical bonding and grounding connections. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT POSSESS THE TECHNICAL DATA TO ALLOW FOR A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. All responsible sources may submit a response which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
