The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a competitive Cost Plus Fixed Fee Delivery Order to Inspect, Repair, Upgrade, Overhaul to include EMI/PEO coating, test, UID/ID plates, package and deliver the LAU-127E/A (part number 497HN0100-2) Guided Missile Launcher in Ready For Issue (RFI) /condition code A. Period of performance for this contract is anticipated to be up to a three (3) year contract which includes a twelve (12) month base period with one (1) twelve (12) month option period[SKCN21] . This procurement will be competed amongst Current Small Business AAE Repair and Upgrade Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders. Only current AAE Repair and Upgrade BOA holders will be able to compete for this requirement. The solicitation will be sent directly to these BOA holders. The BOAs were issued under solicitation N68335-19-R-0097. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The NAVAIR Office of Small Business Programs concurs. The NAICS code is 336413. All responsible sources, who have not currently submitted for an AAE Repair and Upgrade BOA, will be able to submit a Capability Statement for consideration if they would like to compete in future AAE Repair and Upgrade requirements. Subject to a determination of technical acceptability and confirmed small business classification, other sources may be issued a BOA in order to compete for future orders.
