The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to add two ordering years to IDIQ contract N68335-19-D-0002, awarded to Telephonics Corporation to supply, AN/UPX-43(V)1 (P/N 718-5000-203) and Identification Friend or Foe Interrogator (IFFI) Mounting Tray (P/N 718-5070-001) Airborne Shipset along with technical data, including Logistics Supportability Analysis, initial spares, Repair of Repairable and technical support for the P-8A aircraft. The AN/UPX-43(V) 1 IFFI identifies aircraft or vessels as friend, foe, or neutral while determining bearing/range. NAVAIR intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only, and not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not pay for any responses in regards to this notice. Respondents to this Synopsis should provide the following: - Technical and experience information on their ability to provide that meets the parts list above - Identification of business size, specifically, small business size status ( i.e. Small Business, Hubzone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc.) -Rough Order of Magnitude pricing information. Also, all vendors must be registered in Systems for award Management (SAM Database. The internet website is hhtps://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. It is mandatory to register with the SAM as your DUNs Number (Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE CODE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense.
