The Universal Pallet Adapter is used for loading/off loading sonobuoys and other large aircraft furnishings. The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Data Package and the offeror is required to manufacture and deliver the Universal Pallet Adapter in accordance with drawing DL4145AS0180.
