The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Allied Defense Industries LLC Cage Code, 0GD25) to provide the Government’s requirement to procure repair services for twelve (12) pressure regulators Part Number, 19-40763-7 manufactured by Hal Hamilton/CirCor in support of the Fleet Readiness Center, Mayport (FRCMA) Voyage Repair Team (VRT). Allied Defense Industries LLC, is the only authorized distributor for Hamilton/Circor to procure P/N 19-40763-7. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
