Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field Air Traffic Control and Landing System Division has a requirement to provide support and supplies associated with hardware, engineering and technical services to replace legacy system transmitters with Solid State High Power Pulse Transmitters. The Government intends to issue a three year Basic Ordering Agreement on a sole source basis to Exodus Advanced Communications Corporation. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
