THIS POST IS TO UPDATE THE PSC CODE TO 4920 and NAICS code to 334515. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Eclypse International Corporation, Corona, California, on a sole source basis for a quantity of one (1) Eclypse ESATS II Circuit Analyzer System and two (2) Eclypse AWTS (SM-1024) Switching Modules in support of the SCRM Lab CIP. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
