The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to the only known manufacturer, Epsilon Systems Solutions Inc, and authorized distributor Kampi Components, Inc, on a limited competition basis for the procurement of one (1) Oxygen Servicing, Compressed Gas Trailer in support of the Kuwait F/A-18 E-F Super Hornet Program. The Government intends to procure the above under the authority of 10USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
