The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, on a sole-source basis to Fluke Electronics (CAGE 4U744) for the procurement of P/N: 910R, GPS Frequency Standard with Calibration Certificate (NSN 01-494-8660) -and components:910R-01, GPS Antenna; 910R-01/50, Antenna Mounting Kit; and 910-02/50, 50M Cable for 910R. Alsorequired: Precision Infrared Calibrators P/N ‘s: 4180-156 (NSN 01-264-5495) and 4181-156 (NSN 01-624-5489). Fluke Electronics Corp. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for part numbers: 910R, 4180-156, and 4181-156. Manufacturing, warranty, guarantee and calibration and of the three items is available only directly from the OEM. AH-1Z Viper Calibration Support Plan calls out the 910R, 4180-156, and 4181-156 as CALSTD for specific support equipment calibration by name with no substitutes allowed.
