REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - SOURCES SOUGHT FOR Large Format High Resolution 8K Multitouch Touchscreen Systems NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER – AIRCRAFT DIVISION LAKEHURST, NJ INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey is requesting information pertaining to the availability of Large Format High Resolution 8K Multitouch Touchscreen Systems. The Large Format High Resolution 8K Multitouch Touchscreen Systems are for the needs of the SIMS program requirements. ELIGIBILITY The PSC for this requirement is 7E20; the NAICS is 332216. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. REQUIREMENTS The Large Format High Resolution 8K Multitouch Touchscreen Systems shall be designed to model, manipulate, and document the location and orientation of digital templates representing aircraft, support equipment, large logistics items, and other user defined entities in a modeling environment which dimensionally represents specific spaces aboard an aviation capable ship. The touchscreen systems should be designed with support for up to 80 touch points plus Display Upgrade - 8K Resolution integrated display; Inline Performance Computer with slim form factor, active cooling, aluminum case plus Graphics Upgrade capable of 8K resolution.; Custom unique lockable ATA with active cooling and collapsible legs for table-height system housing the 55" Touch Screen and Performance Computer for quick deployment and travel.; and a 3 year warranty. Please note that the Government does not own the drawings for this requirement. This hardware solution data is proprietary to Ideum Inc. Any company that feels they can meet the requirement are invited to make a submittal per the instructions below. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office a product information package for any Large Format High Resolution 8K Multitouch Touchscreen Systems that can fully or substantially meet the requirements stated herein and per SIMS program requirements. Non-developmental, Commercial equipment items are preferred. This documentation should address the following: Company Name; Company Address; Cage Code; Company Business Size; and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Existing product information (e.g., product brochures, datasheets, leading particulars, technical specifications, test reports, applicable standards, etc.) as available. Warranty options. Product obsolescence information (e.g., anticipated months to final production, end-of-life notification and tech refresh cycle times).
