The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Carahsoft Technologies, Reston, VA, for the technical support of Splunk Enterprise Security Application and related products in support of the US Navy’s Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) program. Blanket Purchase Agreement N66001-20-A-0022 has been established with Carahsoft Technologies and is in effect until 14 July 2029. NAICS Code: 541511. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this synopsis in writing that contains information that may be used by the Government to determine whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
