The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract to Marvel Manufacture Company, 40 N 2nd Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 for Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for the KC-130J Program. Marvel Manufacture Company are the sole manufacturer for the parts. The period of performance anticipated for this effort will be 12 months. Marvel Manufacture Company is the only known source capable of accomplishing this requirement in the required timeframe and without duplication of costs. Marvel Manufacture Company owns the technical data. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
