The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Combat Integrationa and Identification (CI&IDS) Division has been tasked to provide cradle to grave support for the OE-120( )/UPX Antenna which is part of the AN/UPX-29(V) Interrogator Set which provides target identification for the Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) combat system. This effort is extending the current Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-18-G-0038 for an additional 18 month period. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
