PSC: J049 NAICS: 332912 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to issue a sole source contract to Zephyr International, LLC (CAGE 3CAT3) for the Upgrade Rescue Hoist Test Stands P/N ZGS-16000-6 and P/N ZGS-16000-6 v1 to be functionally and physically identical to the ZGS-16000-6 v2 configuration for the MH-60 Program. Zephyr International, LLC owns all proprietary rights to the engineering data and detailed product drawings and is the only known source that can perform the upgrade. NAVAIR intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
