The Naval Air Warfare Aircraft Division (NAWCAD),Lakehurst intends to issue a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to OffShore Aviation Group for the procurement of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf Fixed Wing Aircrafts in support of NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
