This is a sole source award for a fixed price delivery order to be placed under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Selex Es, Incorporated for the procurement of AN/GRN-33(V) Instrument Landing System (ILS) equipment installation services and equipment. The period of performance is anticipated to be four (4) years, inclusive of three option periods. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
