Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement to procure services to establish and maintain a Preventive Maintenance Program on various Numerical Controlled/Computer Numerically Controlled (NC/CNC) machines located at the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC), Lakehurst, NJ, Buildings 148, 149, 124 and 331 through a Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The resultant contract will be one base year and four option years, for a five year total period of performance. The Government intends to procure the above items through a full and open competition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Lakehurst NJ (NAWCADLKE) is requesting information from industry, cognizant of DFARS 205.205-71, in order to identify qualified vendors able to supply the attached service to establish and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program on various Numerical Controlled/Computer Numerically Controlled (NC/CNC) machines located at the Naval Air, Warfare Center (NAWC) Lakehurst, NJ. Respondents to this RFI should provide the following: - Technical and experience information on their ability to provide that meets the parts list above along with a proof of distributorship - Identification of business size, specifically, small business size status ( i.e. Small Business, Hubzone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc.) -Rough Order of Magnitude pricing information. In addition, all vendors must be registered in Systems for award Management (SAM Database. The internet website is hhtps://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. It is mandatory to register with the SAM as your DUNs Number (Data Universal Numbering System) and you’re CAGE CODE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF); information will be available in subsequent order.
