SYNOPSIS AEA I-LEVEL OTPS SUSTAINMENT The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue an award on a Sole Source basis with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO 63133 for the Sustainment Support of the EA-18G Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Intermediate level (I-level) Operational Test Program Sets (OTPSs) and the RF/High Speed Ancillary Sets for the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS). The Contractor shall provide a Support Program pertaining to Government owned pre-production and production AEA I-level OTPSs and RF/High Speed Ancillary Sets; as well as execute tasks such as: Engineering and Logistics Sustainment Support including: On-Site Verifications (OSVs); Engineering Investigations (EIs); Fleet Inquiries; Technical Analyses; Hardware/Software Change Recommendations; Technical Publication Deficiency Reports (TPDRs); Participation in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Program Reviews, Teleconferences, Design Reviews, Change Proposal Reviews, IPT meetings; and Off-Site Trips. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT POSSESS THE TECHNICAL DATA TO ALLOW FOR A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. All responsible sources may submit a response which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
