The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to solicit on a sole-source basis to Boeing, located in St. Louis, MO, for various P/Ns (attached) in support of the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) for the T-45 aircraft Boeing possesses the manufacturing data to manufacture this equipment to ensure that it performs the required tests. No other source would have the ability to manufacture equipment that ensures the requisite form, fit, and function to perform the necessary maintenance on the T-45 aircraft. Only the support equipment originally designed and manufactured by Boeing will perform the required support on T-45 aircraft. No other support equipment will provide the support needed for the T-45 aircraft to safely perform its mission. Respondents to this notice should provide the following: - Technical and experience information on their ability to provide that meets the parts list above - Identification of business size, specifically, small business size status ( i.e. Small Business, Hubzone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc.) -Rough Order of Magnitude pricing information. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL In addition, all vendors must be registered in Systems for award Management (SAM Database.
