This is a sole source award for a one hundred twenty (120) day base period and one (1) year option period C-type contract to Motorola Solutions Inc. (Motorola) for the procurement of Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) Radio Frequency (RF) site, repeater site equipment, and installation services for seven (7) locations in support of The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division and the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
