The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division has been tasked to provide support and supplies associated with engineering and technical services to demolish, evaluate, repair, restore, modify, and procure spare parts for the legacy Precision Approach Landing Systems (PALS) Radio Frequency (RF) components and assemblies. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
