This is a sole source award for a five (5) year IDIQ contract to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) for the procurement of Automatic Carrier Landing System (ACLS) pedestals and receivers in support of the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing System (ATC&LS) Division. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
