The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Surface Engineering and Alloy Company, Inc.. ( CAGE Code 8PE09) for the procurement of an automated Plasma Transfer Arc Welding (PTAW) System to fulfill an United States Navy requirement. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a Firm-Fixed price type contract to Surface Engineering and Alloy Company, Inc. GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
