The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a limited competition to Ultra Electronics Precision Control Systems (CAGE Code U6454) and their authorized distributor, Allied Defense Industries (CAGE Code 0GD25). This effort is for the procurement of four (4) Flightline Pressure Gauge Assemblies (P/N 9707MK3, NSN 4920-99-399-8202) for the Kuwait F/A-18 E-F Super Hornet Program. The Government intends to procure the above service under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
