P/N: 2500-910, Transport Case for 1830A; FSC 8145., 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, NAWC-AD Lakehurst intends to document quotes online to be facilitated by the third-party Marketplace, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to document pricing. Offerors may submit quotes during the specified period of time. NAWC-AD Lakehurst is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their quote using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a quote on www.UnisonMarketplace.com. This solicitation is a limited competition between the OEM and its authorized distributors and only qualified Sellers can bid. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award. Award shall be made to the responsible Offeror whose quotation is lowest in price and in full compliance with all requirements set forth in this solicitation. Quotes that do not conform to the requirements of the solicitation may be rejected without further evaluation, deliberation or discussion. The selected Offeror must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in Attachment 001. The full text of the referenced FAR & DFARS clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/content/regulations. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Offerors must submit quotes only for the P/Ns specified under the Item Description. Alternate P/N's will not be considered. DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, applies to any end items that have a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or above. If applicable, the quotation should include any applicable costs associated with these unique identifier tags. Inspection and Acceptance are at Destination and Other. A Certificate of Conformance is required. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) Origin. See Transportation Consideration for more details. Transportation Consideration for DTC-5: The USG/DoD will move the items for the FMS Customer in CONUS/Canada. Shipment cost must be included in the unit pricing structure. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy.
