The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a competitive Firm Fixed-Price contract for two (2) Operational Test Program Hardware (OTPH) sets to address testing the Receiver-Exciter (RAC-5846/01) WRA of the E-2D HF Radio System. The OTPH sets include the following Part Numbers (P/N): -Panel Interface Device, J-7001/USM-737(V) (P/N 3994AS8000-01) -Cable Set, MX-12580/USM-737(V) (P/N 3994AS8090-01) -Accessory Set, MX-12581/USM-737(V) (P/N 3994AS8200-01) -Fixture Assembly Test Interface Device, MX-12582/USM-737(V) (P/N 3994AS8250-01) These sets are intended to be used as the Engineering-Design Models during the development, integration, and testing phases of the Operational Test Program Set acquisition cycle in support of Naval Air Systems Command Fleet Readiness Center Southwest, San Diego, CA. The estimated delivery schedule for this contract shall be within 120 days after award. This procurement will be competed amongst small business Prototype, First Article and production manufacturing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders below: N68335-19-G-0021 N68335-19-G-0022 N68335-19-G-0023 N68335-19-G-0024 N68335-19-G-0025 N68335-19-G-0026 N68335-19-G-0027 N68335-19-G-0028 N68335-19-G-0029 N68335-19-G-0030 N68335-19-G-0031 Only current small business Prototype, First Article and production manufacturing BOA holders will be able to compete for this requirement. The solicitation will be sent directly to these BOA holders. The BOAs were issued under solicitation N68335-18-R-0072. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The NAVAIR Office of Small Business Programs concurs. The NAICS code is 334515. All responsible sources, who have not currently submitted for an Operational Test Program Sets BOA, will be able to submit an Experience Statement for consideration in response to an upcoming notice posted on beta SAM if they would like to compete in future Operational Test Program Sets requirements.
