DMC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the above pieces of Support Equipment and holds full proprietary data and drawing rights. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT POSSESS THE TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE/DRAWINGS TO ALLOW FOR A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. All responsible sources may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This request neither implies nor requests the commencement of any effort. Further the Government shall incur no obligation whatsoever as a result of this proposal request if a contract is not executed.
