The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to procure the rental of Two (2) Terex TLB840R backhoes or equivalent At a minimum the backhoes must have: -enclosed cab with heat and fabric mechanical seat -extending dipper stick -24" digger bucker - 1.25 cu. Yd. front loading bucket with bolt on cutting edge -four wheel drive -70hp engine -3700 kg lift capacity -Provide two 14' detachable snow pushers with chain tie downs and new rubber blades. -Deliver equipment within 5 business days after contract award. -Respond to and resolve equipment failures within 48 hours of notification. The period of performance shall consist of a base period of 4 months from 20 December 2019 to 20 April 2020, as well as four (4) four month options, as follows: 20 December 2020 to 20 April 2021 20 December 2021 to 20 April 2022 20 December 2022 to 20 April 2023 20 December 2023 to 20 April 2024 Delivery will be at NAWC-AD Lakehurst, Test Division, HWY 547- Bldg 574, Lakehurst, NJ. This will be a Full and Open Competitive procurement. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. This requirement shall be fulfilled by supplying "commercial items/services" as defined in Section 2.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
