The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, on a sole-source basis, to Eagle Force, Inc. Uniontown, OH (CAGE 4X0L6) for the procurement of services to maintain AS9100 rev D certification: Certification Audit, Critical Supplier Risk Assessment, and Implementation support. This procurement is required to support AIRWorks Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) mission readiness. Eagle Force, Inc. is the only vendor capable of meeting the necessary requirements of AD-5.0X AIRWorks to the same form, fit and function that is compatible with the existing AIRWorks Supply Chain Management Procedures. An adequate purchase description or other information suitable to solicit by full and open competition has not been developed because procuring future services via another source would result in a costly duplication of effort. Eagle Force, Inc. is the only source with the technical data, facilities and capabilities required to provide the services to maintain AS9100 rev D certification: Certification Audit, Critical Supplier Risk Assessment and Implementation support. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
