Synopsis: Test Stand, Electric and Hydraulic Systems A/M27T-14 PSC: 4920 NAICS: 332912 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, intends to issue a sole source, fixed price contract for the procurement of quantity one (1) Test Stand, Electric and Hydraulic Systems A/M27T-14, P/N 040499-100; NIIN 01-523-5919 in support of H-60 FMS Israel Case IS-P-SCG. The anticipated award will be made to Hydraulics International Inc, (HII), located in Chatsworth, CA. HII is the only company capable of providing the Test Stand, Electric and Hydraulic Systems A/M27T-14, P/N 040499-100 as they hold the proprietary rights to the drawings, specifications, and data necessary to provide the required support equipment. NAWCAD intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
