Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Division has a requirement to provide AN/SPN-46(V) Automatic Carrier Landing System (ACLS) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Common Automatic Recovery System hardware components. This procurement will be made on a sole source basis through a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
