The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to issue a modification to IDIQ, N6833516D0019 on a sole source basis to L3Harris Corporation. The modification is intended to procure Lightning Protection, MTI Reflectors, Windows 10, and Operator Workstations for the Precision Approach Radar System in support of Shore Air Traffic Management PMA213. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
