The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Eclypse International Corporation in Corona, CA on a sole source basis for the procurement of three (3) Aircraft Wiring Test Sets, P/N 100000-02 required to provide Operational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance support for the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Aircraft. The Government intends to procure the above service under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
