This is a sole source award for a four-year IDIQ for the procurement of Tactical Operation Center Network (TOCNET) Generation 4 (G4) Ground Mobility Vehicle (GMV) 1.1 Kits (P/N 5485350-001) and TOCNET G4 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Kits (P/N 5485360-001) to SCI Technology, Inc. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
