The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with IHS Global, Inc. located in Englewood, CO for the procurement of subscription services for electronic/web distribution with a variety of non-Government standard organizations. (see SOW for listing) The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, or from only one or limited number of responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by the agency. All vendors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) Database. The internet website is https://www.sam.gov. It is mandatory to register with the SAM as your DUNs Number (Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE CODE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF); information will be available in subsequent order. Please include CAGE CODE, DUNs Number, Tax ID Number, and payment terms in your response. Responses should reference N68335-19-R-0209. Responders are advised the U.S. Navy will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought; all costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Lakehurst NJ (NAWCADLKE) is requesting information from industry, cognizant of DFARS 205.205-71, in order to identify qualified vendors interested in supplying a subscription service for electronic/web distribution with a variety of non-Government standard organizations. (see SOW for listing). SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is highly recommended that interested businesses submit a capabilities statement, product catalog, website, business size and cage code. It is requested that responses to this RFI be submitted via email to Lisa Bethea at lisa.bethea@navy.mil no later than 15 days from the date of this posting. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e) responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract/agreement. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
