The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWC-AD LKE) anticipates the award of a four (4) year, fixed-price, Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the production and delivery of up to 50 each - Battery Charger/Analyzer, P/N: EZ-0201-B, for the RQ-21A Ground Control Station (GCS). The Battery Charger/Analyzer is required to test and maintain the Electronics Power Module (EPM) that serves as the Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) for the RQ-21A Ground Control Station (GCS). In addition to the EPM, the Battery Charger/Analyzer will be used to test and maintain the batteries on the launcher and retriever as well as the starter battery. Technical Data will also be purchased along with the battery charger/analyzers to enable local troubleshooting and repair of fielded units. This procurement will be negotiated on a non-competitive basis with ATEQ Corporation, located in Livonia, MI. The EZ-0201-B Battery Charger/Analyzer was the only one found to meet all of the demands of the RQ-21A Battery profiles and respective maintenance profiles. Interested vendors must be registered as "ACTIVE" in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
