NAWCAD 4.11.4, Special Communications Mission Solutions Division has been tasked to upgrade and replace their current Countermeasure Dispenser System (CMDS) Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) solution through a three (3) year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract to BAE Systems. BAE Systems is the only known source processing the technology used in the CCA solutions that are compatible with all currently fielded systems. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
