The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure, on a competitive basis, a quantity of one (1) Reamer Kit for the Brazilian Navy S-70B Program under Foreign Military Sales in accordance with FAR Part 6.1 "Full and Open Competition." This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. You are requested to submit your quote no later than 2 October 2019 at 5pm EST. Earlier submissions will be accepted. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) are as follows: CLIN 0001 - Qty: 1 ea. Description: Reamer Kit (P/N 65700-15000-043) manufactured in accordance with the technical drawing package. Interested parties shall submit a DD 2345 by 24 September 2019 to request copies of the drawings. Drawings will be provided separately via SAFE to the Point of Contact listed on the DD 2345. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All items shall be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance 5252.247-9510 Preservation, Packaging, Packing and Marking for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requirements.
