The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Bruker Nano, Inc. located in Tuscan, AZ for preventative maintenance and system support on scientific equipment, NAICS code 811219, PSC J066. Period of performance for this effort will be 01 October 2019 through 30 September 2024. The Government has determined there is only one responsible source, or from only one or limited number of responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by the agency. All vendors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) Database. The internet website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. It is mandatory to register with the SAM as your DUNs Number (Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE CODE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF); information will be available in subsequent order. Please include CAGE CODE, DUNs Number, Tax ID Number, and payment terms in your response. Responses should reference N68335-19-Q-0421.
