The JSF Plug Adapters Pre-solicitation is posted under N68335-19-Q-0377. The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure Model CPG2500, P/N: CPG2500-D-44Z-3J-ZZ, Precision Pressure Indictor (PPI), as calibration standards and ancillary equipment for Naval Air Systems Command Fleet Intermediate Calibration Activities, Fleet Training Activities and NAVAIR Metrology and Calibration Navy Calibration Laboratories. This sy This procurement will be a limited competition between the sellers that can provide the exact brand name part number. Mensor, LP is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and owns the proprietary rights to the items listed above. The Government does not own the technical data and the procurement of any other part number would result in additional testing costs as well as verification and revisions to at least two (2) Instrument Calibration Procedures ICP. The resultant contract will be competitively awarded, on a firm-fixed price basis, to the responsible business that can provide the exact brand name part number at the lowest total cost to the Government. The Mensor CPG2500 system provides pressure ranges from 10 in. H2O/ 25 mbars to 42,000 psi (internal sensor) and up to 23,000 psi (external sensor) with an accuracy to 0.01% full scale with ability to monitoring three channels simultaneously and has the required resolution and accuracy to obtain the tolerances and Test Uncertainty Ration(TUR) listed in the ICP.
