The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ, has a requirement to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification of the Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic (FRCMA) Voyage Repair Team's (VRT) Quality Management System (QMS) from a ISO 9001 certification agency (registrar). ISO 9001 certification will include onsite surveillance, review and audit of FRCMA VRT Department's QMS, quality management processes, objectives, and documentation. This procurement is being set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 541990. A solicitation will not be released for this procurement. However, all responses received within ten (10) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement on a full and open basis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
