The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed price task order for in-service support required to keep the Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) system operational and resolve technical issues as they arise to support fleet requirements through Northrop Grumman, 7301 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD 21784-7404. This procurement will be a task order issued under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-15-G-0008. The estimated period of performance for the order will be for twelve (12) months after contract award. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541330. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman is the original designer, developer and manufacturer of the ARC system and its operation software. Northrup Grumman is the only company that can meet the agency's need to provide in-service support for the ARC system. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
