The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey is requesting information on the maintenance and upgrades to the existing Staging Facility Inventory Management System (SFIMS). This requirement is to provide software upgrades to the existing SFIMS that support evolving and emerging user requirements. The contractor must also be able to support the rewrite of the SFIMS database software; modify, as needed; and to maintain the Oracle database, the desktop user interface, and the handheld programs to meet these requirements. The current contract ends in October 2021 and due to its impact on Fleet Support Requirements and Operations, a vendor would need to maintain uninterrupted support between the current contract and any new contract.
