Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to Vitech Corporation of Blacksburg, VA for the annual Maintenance and Support consisting of CORE Spectrum - Floating License 132-34-CMN-90-400, CORE Server 132-34-CMN-90-500, GENESYS* Server 132-34-GMN-20-500 and CORE Server CAL 5-Pack 132-34-CMN-90-505. CORE Enterprise Client is a commercial-off-the-shelf application developed and solely maintained by Vitech Corporation. CORE is the only software that meets the Navy's dual requirements to produce and an integrated model of the system being developed and to automatically generate system specification. Vitech Corporation is the only company that offers maintenance for CORE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
